Carbon neutrality

  • Evaluating the fulfillment of climate commitments and measures.

Responsibility

  • The decarbonization obligations of individual departments are clear, their fulfillment is controlled and enforceable.
  • The government allocates sufficient funds for climate measures.

  • Climate policies, especially in the field of energy, contain measures to address and prevent poverty.
  • Climate measures are implemented with regard to the social reality of the population.
